• Setting up import, export and out of scope sale account, verification of inventory, coordinating with customer and supplier for closing balance and research of new products etc.
• Verify the approval process to ensure that company policies have been followed on the claims / bills / invoice submitted for payments
• To apply cut off procedure to ensure all expenditures relating to the period have been recorded in the books of accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts with the bank statement each month for proper account balance
• Review, analysis and reconcile general ledger accounts with relevant supporting documents for accuracy and confer with you regarding any items not fully understood.
• Reviewing and supporting on import, export and custom related compliance
• Provide MIS reports including profit / loss account, balance sheet, bank reconciliation statements, accounts receivables position, accounts payables position, cash flow statement, and any other relevant report required by the management to have a better understanding of the business operations.
